Ticket terms

[LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED] Ticket terms for Mountain Fight League events. The general terms and conditions apply in addition.

1. Tickets and validity

Each ticket entitles one person to a single entry to the named event. Each ticket carries a unique QR code and a ticket ID. The QR code is scanned at the entrance and thereby redeemed – a code that has already been scanned does not grant entry again.

2. Transferability

Tickets are not personalised and may be passed on privately. Whoever presents the QR code first is admitted. Commercial resale, in particular at inflated prices, is prohibited. [LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED]

3. Prices and categories

The prices stated on the website including VAT apply. Online tickets are available until the stated sales close; afterwards tickets are only available at the box office at the box-office price. Unreserved seating unless stated otherwise.

4. No right of withdrawal

There is no right of withdrawal for tickets to leisure events with a fixed date (Section 312g (2) No. 9 German Civil Code). Exchange or return is excluded. [LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED]

5. Cancellation, postponement, changes

If the event is cancelled the ticket price is refunded. If the event is postponed tickets remain valid for the new date; anyone who cannot attend the new date receives a refund of the ticket price if they tell us by email to tickets@mfl-fight.de within 14 days of the new date being announced [LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED]. Changes to the fight card (e.g. cancellation of individual bouts) do not entitle to a refund.

6. Entry and house rules

Doors open at the stated time. The house rules of the venue apply. Instructions of security staff must be followed. Persons visibly under the influence of alcohol or drugs or endangering safety may be refused entry – without refund. Weapons, glass, pyrotechnics and professional recording equipment are not permitted.

7. Age policy

Children and teenagers under 16 are admitted only when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Please bring ID. (Proposal – to be confirmed by the organiser.) [LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED]

8. Photo and video recordings

The event is photographed, filmed and streamed live. By entering, visitors agree that recordings showing them as part of the audience may be used for coverage, live stream, replay and MFL advertising. [LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED]

9. Liability

Attendance is at your own risk. Liability is governed by the general terms. MFL accepts no liability for cloakroom items and belongings brought along, to the extent permitted by law. [LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED]
