[LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED] General terms and conditions for using the website mfl-fight.de. The ticket terms additionally apply to tickets, the MFL Live terms to MFL LIVE.
1. Scope
These terms apply to all contracts concluded via mfl-fight.de with Domenik Schelawski, trading as "Mountain Fight League" ("MFL") and to the use of the website. Deviating terms of the user are not accepted.
2. Contracting party and conclusion of contract
The contracting party is Domenik Schelawski, trading as "Mountain Fight League", Widukindplatz 5, 49086 Osnabrück, Germany. The presentation of products on the website is not a binding offer. By clicking the buy button the user submits a binding offer; the contract is concluded upon confirmation of payment. [LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED]
3. Prices and payment
All prices are final prices in euros including statutory VAT (currently 19%). Payment is made via Stripe (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay) or PayPal. The contract becomes effective only upon successful payment. [LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED]
4. Delivery of digital content
Tickets are delivered as a PDF with QR code by email and can additionally be downloaded via the link in the confirmation. Access to MFL LIVE is activated in the customer account.
5. Right of withdrawal
There is no right of withdrawal for tickets to leisure events with a fixed date (Section 312g (2) No. 9 German Civil Code). For digital content (MFL LIVE) the right of withdrawal expires once the user has expressly agreed to early performance and acknowledged the loss of the right of withdrawal. 6. Use of the website
The content of the website (texts, photos, videos, logos) is protected by copyright. Any use beyond private use requires MFL's consent. Using the forms for abusive purposes (spam, false information) is prohibited.
7. Liability
MFL is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence MFL is liable only for breaches of essential contractual obligations, limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract. [LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED]
8. Final provisions
German law applies. For consumers this choice of law applies only insofar as the protection granted by mandatory provisions of the law of the state of habitual residence is not withdrawn.
